This contract comprised the demolition of a thirteen storey, steel framed, concrete encased, former office block located in the heart of Knightsbridge, close to Hyde Park and a busy thoroughfare. Our works also included partial soft strip, isolation/termination of services and the installation of temporary works to the basement retaining walls.

Broken brick and brick rubble is crushed and used in road and paving base.
